They are holding a newspaper clipping of an article proclaiming " Canada learns about bunyip hunts and goanna farms". Identified, left to right, 405409 Flight Sergeant (Flt Sgt) James Graeme (Jim) Heers (later 86 Squadron RAF lost on operations 28 February 1942); 411566 Flt Sgt Douglas George (Doug) Williams (later 103 Squadron RAF, lost on operations 21 January 1943); 403963 Flight Lieutenant Richard (Dick) Neil Stanley, he trained as a RAAF observer and later served with RAF Ferry Command, later 45 Atlantic Transport Group, based in Dorval during the Second World War.
