Rudland, of Angwin avenue, Blair Athol, has been notified that her son, Ordinary Seaman Harry Eric Rudland, previously reported missing, following the sinking of HMAS Armidale, is now presumed to have lost his life on December 8, 1942. Before joining the navy OS Rudland was employed at Buckingham Bakers,Prospect.
